Friendly, professional and knowledgeable
Vinay was very friendly from the time we met him at the open home and continued to be available for all our questions and clarification. His communication skills is a standout quality. He never lets us assume things, instead he provided timely updates on the status and progress. His uncanny ability to help us make decisions with the right information and the right amount of nudge is something we appreciated. Vinay is very organised and is very happy to use his teaching skills to guide the buyers through the order of priority of activities required during the whole process.

Erin, Nigel and the team were excellent. Provided great advice on preparing the house for sale, gave us intro's to several great tradies, worked hard and effectively throughout the campaign, and then put in an extra stint at the end to maximise our sale prospects. Thoroughly recommended.

Erin did a great job for us in tricky market conditions. She was enthusiastic about selling our house, advised us on how best to market it, kept us up to date each step of the way and explained what was going on. And sold for a good pice - most importantly! She has a great team around her and we never felt like we were left out of the loop.
