Layne helped me into my first ever property. I am so grateful. When i viewed the property she had put her own personal touch on the viewing by playing music and burning candles. It made the experience so much more relaxed and enjoyable. She was kind, warm, helpful, professional and fully prepared with all of the documents i needed to make a fully informed decision. She was patient with all of my questions. Even dropping around a bottle of champange on successful purchase. I will defintely be trying to hold on to Layne for any sales / purchases in the future.

Prompted more by curiosity than intent - after two younger male relatives had viewed and crossed this property off their lists - I attended an open home. Agent Vinay Kumar showed me to the entrance door and allowed space and time for me to look around and soak up the atmosphere. Like Goldilocks, this place to me felt “just right”; not only could I picture myself in it, I wanted to be there. Over the next few days I discovered strengths I didn’t know I had: researching and making decisions: due diligence. That week included frequent email contact with Vinay who was invariably courteous and quick to respond to the many questions I raised, several of which required research on his part. Vinay suggested a second viewing later the same week, following which I made a carefully considered offer. Again I was impressed to receive regular email updates from Vinay, and helpful responses to my further questions. At no time in the days since first I viewed the property did I feel pressured or harried, and it was a pleasant surprise to find the whole view-offer-purchase experience more exciting and less stressful than I could have imagined and I credit Vinay's professionalism for this.
