Di was thorough from the get-go on details of the entire process and went with most of her recommendations especially as would not be in the country during the marketing and final sale date . We recently bought a house through Erin Rush and the team at Harcourts. We didn't actually meet Erin in person until settlement day but it didn't matter. The majority of our communication with Harcourts about the home and before auction day plus telephone bidding at auction was with Erin. She was always clear, calm and quick to investigate further and get back to us on anything that wasn't at her finger tips. It made the process for us as relatively novice buyers easier while we worked through insurance, mortgage and solicitors queries and timeframes. It's one thing to make the sale during a "sellers" market, but it takes a truly dedicated agent to make that sale in an unpredictable environment, such as the Wellington "buyers" market we experienced this year. My mother's house needed to be sold so that she could move into a rest home, and Carl Savage was the man for the job. His property market knowledge and calm hand on the helm held us steady through two months of doldrums as potential buyers came, with plenty of apparent interest, but without an offer in sight.
