We asked a small number of agents for their proposals. Layne (and Mark) were neither the cheapest nor the dearest, but were compatible from the start, and there was no real doubt that we would choose them. They listened to what we wanted to do, and why; rather than telling us what they would be imposing. The sale took a while (as they do in our sector of the market). Layne worked away and encouraged/assisted the buyer so that when they presented the buyer to us we went from initial offer to conditional then unconditional contract in four days. We are very satisfied.

They had a practical insight as to what we could expect and how best to position ourselves for sale, They communicated well and were thoroughly committed to showing our home and bringing us offers. We are very happy with the service that we received. As an example, when a painter we had organized fell through they quickly got us onto a painter as well as helping us with a building inspector.

Justin made the seemingly impossible possible. He was able to give me the guidance that I needed to put me in the best position to sell my property on the first attempt and get the price that I needed. He was incredibly proactive in his approach front footing any challenge that came up through the process, offering practical advice and solutions to navigate the different aspects of the sale. The marketing plan was sound effective. As a first time seller Justin was able to help me through the process in a professional and proactive way.
