George was a very friendly and cheerful agent. He was good at organising convenient times for me to view the house outside of OH. When it came time to making an offer on the place, George provided advice on what he thought would be a good offer. Because he wasn’t the listing agent he wasn’t privy to what the listing agent knew. ultimately though I got the house. Perhaps the letter I wrote and George stapled to the offer helped! The gift box was very nice and George had good knowledge of the suburb the house was located which I appreciated. Thanks for all your help!

We asked a small number of agents for their proposals. Layne (and Mark) were neither the cheapest nor the dearest, but were compatible from the start, and there was no real doubt that we would choose them. They listened to what we wanted to do, and why; rather than telling us what they would be imposing. The sale took a while (as they do in our sector of the market). Layne worked away and encouraged/assisted the buyer so that when they presented the buyer to us we went from initial offer to conditional then unconditional contract in four days.
