James went above and beyond what was required as an agent. Helped us immensely as we went through a subdivision process. Also as we live two hours from the property, James ensured we well informed, and if there was any problems that needed rectified. Brilliant communication, as spoke to him weekly, and emailed regularly with progress reports. Market knowledge was very good, had a handle on current sales and what was happening in the Lake Hawea market. In the end we had a very difficult purchaser, which James handled very well.
