Mandi listened to what we were after and gave sound advise. She went above and beyond our expectations, from staging our house and having great communication. She acted professional, but took the time to get to know us. Can't recommend enough.

Right from the start Mandy’s work ethic was apparent. I could tell she put a lot of effort into producing an honest appraisal for me. She then staged my place herself with her on gear at no charge. No other agent that I approached came close to her effort for me. This was my first time selling property and she definitely took the time to walk me through the ins and outs of it all. She is not 9-5. She often worked late making calls etc. I’m grateful.
Mandi-Jane has good knowledge of the local Waitara market and shows great passion in her work. She staged our empty rental property for us, which greatly enhanced its appeal to any potential buyers.
