It was an absolute pleasure working with Sarah. She is genuinely lovely and took the time to understand and meet all of our needs. Sarah supported us every step of the way, always communicating clearly and promptly, and no question was ever too hard for her to answer. As first-home buyers, we felt confident and well supported throughout the entire process. We’re incredibly excited to be buying our first home with Sarah’s help and couldn’t recommend her more highly.

We received effective communication right from the very start through to the end of the entire process. We were kept informed every step of the way and always knew what stage we were at and what was coming next. Team Sarah and Sam made everything feel clear and straightforward for us as first-time sellers, which we really appreciated. We’re very pleased with both the experience and the result — highly recommend!

Cindy stood out as being someone who was prepared to go above and beyond what was expected of her. Nothing was too much trouble. She was professional when it really mattered. I would recommend dealing with her without hesitation.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Cindy, she was most helpful throughout the entire process, arranging for me to visit the property as many times as I needed with or without my tradesmen, and she made the entire process smooth and seamless, and delivered a genuine service with a smile. I would highly recommend her for further sales and purchases.

Listening, explaining, going over the data to clarify/answer any/all questions I had.

Daniel was very knowledgeable about the property right from the get go. He had all the answers and responded super promptly each time to our queries. A friendly bloke, very easy to talk to, and he really seems to have a genuine interest in how the renovation project will end up. He was never shy to make useful suggestions or get us in contact with the right people. The process was a breeze thanks to Daniel and his proactiveness. Many thanks to Daniel and the team at Bayley’s for making it all possible. Top work.
