I bought this house through Heatha, and 22 years later, she sold it too. She has a wealth of experience and clearly in the industry for the long haul with masses of experience. She could see and appreciate the beautiful renovations I'd had done during my ownership, and she got a fair price for owners that I'm happy to live next door to, since I built next door because it's a great place to live, in the country close to town. I did not want to sell to an investor and Heatha found an owner occupier. She made the process very smooth and then they want to settle early so that's even better! Thank you Heatha.

What is there not to love about Heatha? We met Heatha for the first time a couple of years ago when shopping for the house we recently listed with her. Although we never purchased from her then, she left an everlasting impression whereby we thought of her first when it came time to sell our property. Heatha demonstrated excellent knowledge of the current property market and more importantly, the local current property market. This was apparent when she suggested a marketing strategy that was outside of what others were doing at the time and despite a very difficult and unusual property market, within 3 weeks her strategy paid off! We had a contract on our property 3 weeks later which turned into a sale a few weeks later for a price we were very happy with. Heatha's local area knowledge, property market expertise, great communication, and her love of real estate, are outstanding! We couldn't be more grateful for her efforts in selling our property and we would definitely use her again and without hesitation!
