This was a complicated sale; no titles issued yet, covenants tba and a buyer who wanted it all sorted yesterday. Heatha patiently worked through all of that to secure an unconditional sale within a fortnight of signing, deposit paid and a new home being moved on shortly (still with no title but all parties agreed over what happens next). I don't think a less experienced agent could have managed it, and I think the buyer is as happy as I am :)
