I was looking to move to Hawke's Bay for a while and finally decided to pull the trigger at the end of 2023. I'd booked a week off work to look at about a dozen properties across Central Hawke's Bay, and Heatha was the only Real Estate Agent to give me a blunt, no-holds-barred opinion when I had a couple of questions to ask. Heatha was patient, personable, and ridiculously funny. There was absolutely no pressure from her that I had felt from other Agents in the area with other properties (there's only one other who made a positive impression on me). Coming from a sales background, I appreciated this approach immensely. Throughout the sales process, being my first home, Heatha was informative, proactive, and responsive. I'd have no issue recommending her if you're looking to sell your home, or looking for a property to buy. She'll be my go-to for either of those things.
