We were very impressed at how Gerri went out of her way to help us in everyway . We had brought a home off a very difficult Vendor... promised us things and then failed to keep his word. His attack on the power board and phone fibre connections to sky cost us in time money and nervous tension.. However Gerri went the extra mile making things a little better. we so enjoyed our laughs with her.
