Bruce did a very good job keeping me informed with what was going on considering it was a hard sale due to the other party making things difficult. I was disappointed there were no open homes as had been set out in the plan but we had a quick sale nonetheless. Bruce went out of his way to do everything he could to get the best price at the time. Maria was a friendly, motivated agent. We valued her local knowledge t understanding of market values relating to sales of properties similar to ours t her input on presenting the property for sale. Communication was always regular t relevant to the process of selling the property especially as we did not live locally. Feedback from people viewing the property helped us keep in touch. She was able to assist in recommending trades people to employ in order to undertake required maintenance on the property. Her follow up communication after the sale of the property was appreciated. She was professional at all times.
