About Bruce

I am at present actively involved in Real Estate with Riverlands Real Estate Ltd and have worked from that office since 1997. Previous to becoming involved in Real Estate my wife and I owned and operated a successful Orchard and Retail Shop. At present we own a Kiwifruit farm. I have lived in the North Waikato area for the majority of my life with my wife Valerie and we have three adult children and at present seven grandchildren. I have been involved in the community in a number of organisations and committees: Te Kauwhata Primary School Committee 8 years, 4 years as Chairman; Te Kauwhata Refuge Committee; Te Kauwhata St John’s Ambulance; Lower Waikato Toastmasters; Presbyterian Church - Board of Management - Parish Council; Rangiriri Development Committee. My priorities to my clients are: To be Honest And to work together to achieve a satisfactory result for all.

Would use them again!

Bruce, together with his daughter Amanda, were at all times extremely helpful and understanding of our situation, and gave us confidence that we would be successful. The were lovely to deal with.

Good result for a hard sale

Bruce did a very good job keeping me informed with what was going on considering it was a hard sale due to the other party making things difficult. I was disappointed there were no open homes as had been set out in the plan but we had a quick sale nonetheless. Bruce went out of his way to do everything he could to get the best price at the time. I highly recommend him for his knowledge of the area and experience in this field. Thank you Bruce, let’s pop the champagne!
