Mike stuck with us through thick and thin as we navigated our way through our first home buying. He has been determined to find the right fit for us, going out of his way to accommodate our numerous requests. He was instrumental in assisting us through the paperwork and associated processes clarifying issues which, at times (for us), were rather confusing. Mike always kept us abreast of things happening on the housing front. This was complimented by his thorough knowledge of the local area and market; finding us a house that best fits our price range, needs and specific requirements to location. This was a difficult and, at times, daunting process for us, but Mike was always at hand with his friendly demeanour offering guidance and assuring us. We were told by many people that the agent is only there for the seller. I will dispute this as Mike does not fit this narrative. He constantly proved to us he was there for the seller and us as buyers, negotiating to reach amicable agreements for both parties. Thanks Mike for making this dream a reality. You are a professional and dedicated agent. We would not hesitate to call on you again as well as recommend you to friends and family.

We had the pleasure of having Lauren both sell our house and help secure our new home.
