Great person to work with.
Debbie was recommended to me by a friend of mine who Debbie had sold their house for them. Debbie seemed to understand my situation of having to sell a house for someone else [ my sister who had gone into care ] and all the complications that came with it. I found Debbie very professional and her communication was excellent, She kept me up to date all of the time. If I'm ever selling or buying a house in that area or know anyone who is I will recommend Debbie to them.

Mike and his team are amazing. Great results every time we have used them.
We first used Mike and his team in 2001. Since then, we have sold a number of properties using Mike and his team. We would not use anyone else. They have deep knowledge of the tawa market and Mike’s assessment each time we have sold has been bang on. Our most recent experience saw Mike deliver a great marketing plan resulting in multiple offers and a price that more than met expectations. We really appreciated the regular feedback, especially as we were not living in area. The team made a remote sale really, really easy.

Mike has been fantastic to work with. He was very generous with his time, always reachable immediately, and not pushy or anything. Some agents seem like they are hiding something about the house; Mike doesn't have that vibe. We'd happily recommend him to anyone.
