Debbie’s knowledge of the local market and her professional approach were two of the main reasons we decided to use Harcourts. Her initial meeting with us was very positive and we came away with the impression that she would do an excellent job. Debbie was always honest in her discussions with us and an excellent communicator. Throughout the entire process Debbie was great at keeping us in the loop as to how the open homes were going and what feedback she had received from potential buyers. We definitely feel that Debbie always had our best interests at heart and she guided us well throughout the entire sale. The whole experience proved to be completely seamless. We would not hesitate to recommend Debbie to anyone who was thinking of selling or buying in the Tawa district.

Debbie is always responsive to emails, texts etc and she has been super helpful when dealing with our queries. Mike stuck with us through thick and thin as we navigated our way through our first home buying. He has been determined to find the right fit for us, going out of his way to accommodate our numerous requests. He was instrumental in assisting us through the paperwork and associated processes clarifying issues which, at times (for us), were rather confusing. Mike always kept us abreast of things happening on the housing front. This was complimented by his thorough knowledge of the local area and market; finding us a house that best fits our price range, needs and specific requirements to location. This was a difficult and, at times, daunting process for us, but Mike was always at hand with his friendly demeanour offering guidance and assuring us. We were told by many people that the agent is only there for the seller. I will dispute this as Mike does not fit this narrative. He constantly proved to us he was there for the seller and us as buyers, negotiating to reach amicable agreements for both parties. Thanks Mike for making this dream a reality. You are a professional and dedicated agent. We would not hesitate to call on you again as well as recommend you to friends and family.

We had the pleasure of having Lauren both sell our house and help secure our new home. She was incredibly pleasant to work with, always available and incredibly professional. But what really stood out for me was her excellent communication skills. She was transparent and direct and never too busy to answer my questions or provide an update on how things were going.
