Brooke listed and sold a property I relocated from Auckland to Taupo and renovated for resale. I considered a number of agents from all the major real estate companies in Taupo but Brooke came out on top, was the best candidate for the job. She suggested a 4 week open tender. Before the tender date closed there was a pre-offer which brought about other offers and a sale was concluded at a record price for the street. I say no more. The results speak for themselves.
