Lesley provided a realistic price range for the house we were selling and competitive marketing/commission rates. With this, we had a couple of offers within weeks, landing in the middle of the range advised. The section needed to have sub-division and tile completed which came with challenges and time. Lesley was supportive throughout this period keeping in contact with us to then ensure the purchaser was informed and comfortable the sale was proceeding. Brooke listed and sold a property I relocated from Auckland to Taupo and renovated for resale. I considered a number of agents from all the major real estate companies in Taupo but Brooke came out on top, was the best candidate for the job. She suggested a 4 week open tender. Before the tender date closed there was a pre-offer which brought about other offers and a sale was concluded at a record price for the street. I say no more. The results speak for themselves. On the marketing aspect I must make special mention of the video and photography. It was exceptional and captured the essence of the property beautifully. The weekly reporting received was highly professional and communication throughout the process excellent. It's great when the real estate agent you select not only meets but exceeds ones expectations. This was my experience with Brooke.
