Shelley and John were greeted with a smiling Lesley giving us a pamphlet about the property then mentioning the area in which the property was located explained walkways shops close by the close proximity to town centre showed us both through the home infull and finally mentioned the view Lesley was a lady whom new her job and the dealings with our property personal first class Thanks much appreciated.

Lesley provided a realistic price range for the house we were selling and competitive marketing/commission rates. With this, we had a couple of offers within weeks, landing in the middle of the range advised. The section needed to have sub-division and tile completed which came with challenges and time. Lesley was supportive throughout this period keeping in contact with us to then ensure the purchaser was informed and comfortable the sale was proceeding.
