As first home buyers, it has been an eye opening journey for Matt and I into the world of real estate. We would like to commend Brooke for her work ethic and for the support she has provided us - She has been available at all hours, she has always followed up swiftly on queries or missed calls and has never made us feel stupid even when the questions did seem slightly silly. Brooke has been friendly, communicated clearly and shown great skill in managing a vendor and purchaser relationship - as I can imagine this wasn't always easy!
