The standout points for me Brooke prioritises being on site 15mins before Open Homes, Changing Days and time to maximise foot traffic, provided excellent marketing materials in hard copy, use of Harcourts website, Trademe online marketing services that bought a wide range of those viewing the property. Communication to inform me on outcomes of Open Homes immediately & or changes to team Mates Chelsea Bol (Successful purchasing viewing on a day she saw buyers at an Open home) highlighted the team work within the Harcourt’s structure.
