Martin did a great job of selling my property. This sale was not straight forward sale as there was a lease agreement in place which required careful navigation and a lot of patience. Martin was good at sending progress reports and updates to keep me in the loop as I was not based locally. Martin set a sharp (discounted) commission rate in which he earned every cent,he has a bubbly personality and is easyto get along with.
