This review is consistent with the views of all three family members who were involved with the Sale of the property. With 3 appraisals from Real Estate Companies, Toni's presentation was outstanding and exceeded the opposition's presentations by far. From the first meeting she was totally focused, passionate, and deliberate with her idea of what was needed to maximise the opportunity of a successful Sale. Toni's sale process included staging, quality photo's and a wide coverage of advertising utilising mainstream public access. During the market time frame we were totally aware of all the property related activity through reviews and personal contact. The campaign ran extremely smoothly, attracting a huge amount of interest supported with multiple offers. Toni's glass was always half full and her ever present positive attitude made our observation some what relaxed. We established a very close and meaningful relationship with Toni, her honesty and integrity were amazing. We would undoubtably recommend Toni in a heart beat to anyone that was considering selling their property.
