I found Toni to be very good to deal with. She had excellent people skills which is an important trait to have in the real estate industry I would think. When asked about the market in Hawkes Bay she was open and provided me with the details I needed to make an accurate estimation of what I was working in. She was patient and professional, I was working on behalf of my father and stepmother who can be problematic to deal with at times. Tony however walked a very professional and empathetic line particularly after a medical event involving my father which myself and the family greatly appreciated. She was understanding, engaging, responsive to my communication in timely and appropriate ways. I would have no problem working with Tony again in the future if that came to pass. I think Tony very much for her work in securing the next move for my father and stepmother.

I found Toni to be really Happy and friendly , There is no question she is professional and goes the extra mile when needed . Not wasting my time when she is working behind the scenes. I would certainly recommend her , and have. In the past I have only had 1 agent do 90% of my work (buying selling) . This I told Toni she had a lot to live up to. I believe she has done that , which is saying something because I always tell agents " I do not like Real Estate Agents " Generally speaking in the years I have bought and sold , I still stick to that .
