Karly went above and beyond
Karly went above and beyond the "expected" service, even helping us to find locals to make improvements to the property before selling. Nothing was a problem, she made the process easy. Good communication, kept us up to date with developments and progress. Really easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

Went above and Beyond
Karly was friendly and personable and I felt she was invested in ensuring she achieved a good result and went above and beyond to assist me (eg organising for the lawns to be mown.) She kept me informed as to progress all the way through, and remained positive which I really appreciated as the market seemed to take a tumble!

Above and Beyond
Having recently deciding to sell my property at 3 Baxter Place, Rotorua. I am glad that I decided to use Harcourts Rotorua as my preferred agent. Friendly , honest and thorough realestate agent.
Cathy has been great from the day we purchased one of her listings three years ago . She has been in regular contact for the past three years ago , updating us on properties new to the market and the trends , not to mention complimentary coffee cards on a regular basis . She appraised the house and advised us pretty accurately on how it would work and the price to expect . During the sale process she had no hesitation in bringing vendors back for repeated viewings and kept us informed throughout . We are very happy with the service that Cathy provided .
