Well, hubby and I met with a few different agents and although they were lovely, we didn't feel comfortable with them. Then we found Cathy, we met her through a friend of a friend who told us how good she is, so we had to see for ourselves. Hubby and I met Cathy and we clicked!! She was who we were looking for. Cathy is such a friendly, kind person who understands what you want and will do her best to make it happen. It was the first time we had sold a house and we didn't know much, but Cathy sat us down and explained everything so that we understood. Which took a big weight off of our shoulders! We had our house for sale in the last lot of the covid lockdowns, just to make things interesting. Wasn't sure how we could sell our house during this time, but Cathy was a step ahead and was going to market the property online. Which worked out really well, when the property was able to have open homes people were already interested. If we weren't sure of something, all we had to do was ask. During and in between covid lockdowns we were able to sell our house. With a huge thanks to Cathy!! We would highly recommend Cathy Wolfgram to be your realestate agent!! Thank you again Cathy!!
