My mother felt very comfortable and to me that was the main thing as not being in the same location. Karly's professionalism in this situation was excellent, both My mother and the rest of the family felt very well looked after. I found when we listed our property Cathy had high expectations. Unfortunately the market quickly changed in the time from listing to having open homes and marketing. We found prospective purchasers very difficult to deal with but with Cathy's help were able to push past some issues and get a sale across the line. This is the second time we have used Cathy and I have recommended her to my friends. I know a lot of agents and companies are finding times very difficult but a good agent sells in all markets and we have a sale and are extremely grateful to Cathy for that, so make your own mind up.
