Great results
As we all know selling a house can be stressful but Karly always made things a lot smoother and stress free there was never anything that was too much bother and she was always willing to help in anyway. she always gave great advice and continued to be polite and cheerful, Good communicating. I would definitely have Karly as my agent again.

Great work in marketing and selling hour house, great communication throughout kept us up with the play, always offering to assist in way she could. Plenty of challenges along the way but Tracey worked through them with us for a successful sale in the end.

Tracey and Stephen, It started with a little piece of paper in my mailbox I rung them for an appraisal they both came and blew me away with there positive and caring and professional attitude months later I had to track them down and rung to say I’m ready to sell our family home and Wow they worked so hard bringing lots of buyers through with that came lots of offers I was so surprised and happy because our house Sold fast with well over what our asking price was Tracey you are Amazing and caring very efficient you have great communication skills with my lawyer and everyone including myself I am so grateful to you for making this stress free for me. Above and Beyond
With the knowledge that we had sold our house, Karly approached us about what our ideal property would look like, something, even I wished her luck in finding. But sure enough, we received a phone call from her and she had done an exceptional job, the house was a perfect fit! When it comes to houses, nothing seems to be smooth sailing for us, but we couldn't have asked for anyone better to have in our corner. Karly is approachable, reachable and knowledgeable. Qualities that really make a differnce in any realestate journey. Buying and selling homes is a major undertaking for most people in both emotional and financial ways.
