We were selling our family home which was emotionally charged for us. I felt that we did not need to go on the journey with the buyer in regards to how they were going to buy it, the cancelling of the deal on a Friday for it to be reinstated on a Monday morning. At times we felt that a lot of support was given to the buyer and not as much support for us.

As a first home buyer, I have zero knowledge of how and what to expect when purchasing my first house. When I reached out to Luke, he was more than willing to help out. His vast knowledge in housing and properties were beyond my expectations. He helped me out from scratch. Giving me advices and tips on how things worked and all sorts which led me to being able to purchase my own place. Not only that, during the whole process , he would keep In touch just to check up on things and where I was at. It took us a while to work things out between bank and broker but not once did he ever give up. We finally got there in the end. Definitely a Hard working man with a good, positive attitude. Would use him again for my next purchase.

From the initial meeting with Luke to discuss the sale of my (first) home, he was amazing. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and explained the whole process to me and what I should expect. He was very patient with all the questions I asked. Throughout the process, he took my calls, whatever time and answered my text messages straight away. Always with so much patience and compassion.
