We had quite a stressful time as we were selling and buying at the same time, however utilizing Katie's knowledge and experience on both (sale and purchase) made everything much easier. Katie was always super professional and gave us great advice on how to proceed in certain stages of the process. We would like to also acknowledge Jacqui Read's giving us an awesome extra support when Katie was unavailable. Only observation we have to make is with Harcourts care package when we sold the property, we were expecting a little more. On the purchase we didn't even received a card, this was a little disappointing.
