We had quite a stressful time as we were selling and buying at the same time, however utilizing Katie's knowledge and experience on both (sale and purchase) made everything much easier. Katie was always super professional and gave us great advice on how to proceed in certain stages of the process. We would like to also acknowledge Jacqui Read's giving us an awesome extra support when Katie was unavailable. Only observation we have to make is with Harcourts care package when we sold the property, we were expecting a little more. On the purchase we didn't even received a card, this was a little disappointing. We absolutely recommend Katies services, she will for sure fulfill your expectations, and share the best advices you need to get your sale/purchase on the way.

Shona had great knowledge of the Rolleston market and also lives in Rolleston as well so knows the area and surrounding areas which is great . Shona is great with communication and is spot on professionalism as a selling agent . Lovely and helpful and caring in our Situation there was no pressure . Shona had been referred to me from another friend of mine which her sister had advised her of Shona which i appreciated and made it easy for me to choose Shona. I believe in dealing local people My experience with the agent was everything we expected and more Shona helped us with ideas for selling points and gave us help for some tips on staging the home and rearranging with little furniture we had left and so the house looked lovely and Presentable. Our Dad was elderly and lived alone for along time im sure he would of been proud of us all Thanks again Shona Presentable for the sale my Dad was Elderly and lived alone for 15 years But sadly passed . We sold with the time frame our family wanted . Shona kept us up to date with everything going on after the open homes and any offers that had been made so the whole family were up dated as well .
