My first time buying a house, and my very first open home was when I met Stu. Although he represented the seller, he was helpful, informative, and efficient with all the information I needed. Stu would always follow up well within 24 hours. I was able to express my honest concerns and because of this the negotiation phase was simple and reasonable. Since the purchase, he ensured everything went smoothly and remained available for questions that I had.
