We could not fault him and he answered every query and had integrity in regard to everyone’s confidential needs, but at the same time worked hard to get a fair price for both buyer and seller. Initially, she introduced us to some properties that didn’t meet our needs but quickly zeroed in on a few that met our expectations Communication: Lauryn is a good listener, an important attribute for any marketer. Although she was willing to challenge our perceptions of some properties, this wasn’t too critical but contributed to identifying our expectations . This enabled her to meet the expectations of a couple of septuagenarians who no longer wanted a large or ostentatious home but one that met our simpler needs. Had the almost impossible task of trying to sell an over 60s unit. Diligently ran open homes for weeks, we then heard how we could apply to council to have the encumbrances taken off, so we took the property off the market, did the paperwork etc and the remarketed it a few months later.
