Sean absolutely exceeded our expectations. We had dealt with other agents previously but Sean went well over what we thought was "normal". We know him on a personal basis as well, but this never came into the equation when dealing with the sale of our home. Sean and Indi assisted with the sale of our property. The sale of this property was completely unforeseen, and they were both extremely empathetic to this throughout the sale. Sean’s expertise shone through - from both knowledge of building/roofing and from his experience around auction strategy. I have no doubt that Sean & Indi’s sage advice placed us in multi-offer position that consequently delivered us a strong sale price. We have been trading properties since 2021 in Wellington and Christchurch, we have never worked with a person like Harsh, he is very professional, calm, flexible, transparent and responsive. We always ask him to create his copy here in Wellington :) We have recommended HarCourts to at least 10 people in our social and professional circle just because of Harsh. We recently bought our second property in Christchurch just because of the great experience we had in the first one we bought from Harsh, to be honest we were there to inspect our first rental house and he managed to sell us another one :). This is our personal opinion, but Harsh should be coaching other property agents on how to win customer trust! Thanks Harsh for all your support you have provided us so far. Harsh is very friendly and provides excellent service on our first house and land package. As we are very new to this he explain us every in detail and also after we buy the land he still follow up with us regarding the house building and we can contact him at anytime and definitely recommend him

Beryl and I engaged Sean Innes to sell our house at 21 Wadeley Road, Ilam, Canterbury. Sean is a very good agent, he gave us lots of advice before actually putting the property on the market. He was never demanding as far as timing etc, but always extremely helpful. Once the property was actually on the market Sean was always available to tell us how things were progressing. We ended up achieving a good market value and there is no doubt Sean enjoys his job and treats everything very seriously always trying to do his best for his clients. He is always very punctual for appointments etc. he is a treat to deal with. We would have no hesitations recommending Sean to anyone.
