He was very clear and realistic about the market. He presented information logically and considerately. Very pleasant to work with. I was fortunate to have a quick sale, Sean negotiated the process with integrity, kept me up to date with issues that came up for the buyer. He obviously kept the buyer happy! Sean is a nice guy and was pretty easy to work with. I did get a sense of "all care no responsibility", as I find with the majority of agents purely by the nature of the trade. He also had a tendency to commit to things that were not realistic - for example regularly saying he'd get answers about things by certain times that he probably knew were outside his control and he couldn't achieve. He's clearly successful and busy, but it definitely showed that he was a bit too busy to keep on top of everything and fulfilling the expectations he set. No hard feelings and don't really care, but when agents charge $30k+ for a transaction, I feel like they ought to put in a bit more honest effort personally.
