I chose Harsh to sell my house after being approached by agents offering to sell it. He impressed me because of his manner and willingness to listen to my ideas. I did not feel pressured to make decisions I may have regretted. I felt my interests were considered at all times even when I was not able to proceed initially. I also liked the transparency about fees and other expenses. Overall, I would say he made selling our house a piece of cake for us and We are fully satisfied with all the services.

Sean was very professional during our sale of our property. We knew we had the right Agent after an unsuccessful campaign with another company. This process was stressful but Sean reassured us he would make it happen. We would not hesitate in recommending him to anybody in the future.

Polite, Professional and soft spoken agent we have met ever. Always ready for help of any sort. Wish if the other agents should show some professionalism like Harsh do. He is the full package himself, great knowledge of the properties, super punctual and helpful. If we or any of my known wants to buy the property, Harsh will be the first choice always. Didn't want to bring this but have met other different agents in the market, no-one was even near to his calibre. Great asset to have! THANKYOU!!

Very professional, great market knowledge, worked hard behind the scenes with trying to simplify the process for us. Proactively contacted builders, council and lawyers as issues arose. Very busy campaign with lots of follow up work required to keep track of potential buyers.

Sean is excellent communicator and is very good on detail. He knows the market well, but more importantly produced a marketing plan that found the right buyers. He has a quiet, no nonsense approach to his role, guiding us through what had the potential to be a tough and stressful process. Sean led the Harcourts Grenadier team very well, ensuring our campaign had the best talent working on it. We are well satisfied with the result Sean and Harcourts delivered and would happily recommend their services to anyone.
