We have been trading properties since 2021 in Wellington and Christchurch, we have never worked with a person like Harsh, he is very professional, calm, flexible, transparent and responsive. We always ask him to create his copy here in Wellington :) We have recommended HarCourts to at least 10 people in our social and professional circle just because of Harsh. We recently bought our second property in Christchurch just because of the great experience we had in the first one we bought from Harsh, to be honest we were there to inspect our first rental house and he managed to sell us another one :). He was never demanding as far as timing etc, but always extremely helpful. Once the property was actually on the market Sean was always available to tell us how things were progressing.
