Kogi has been very helpful and accomodating. The property we have bought came onto the market the day before we were heading overseas for a month. Kogi arranged for us to view it at very short notice before we left, and then communicated well with us, and with family members in NZ representing us, throughout the process of negotiating and eventually buying it.
