We are both in our 70s with health issues and did not want to be in a retirement home. We were looking for a property that we could bring our family together. Sophie had a property listed with 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom home on 1 hectare that was handi-cap capable close to Wakefield that suited us perfectly. The problem was that we owned 2 houses one in Richmond and the other in Murchison that we needed to sell in a limited period of time to make the deal work. Sophie said she could do it, and she did.
