Down to earth professionalism
Kyle has shown deep knowledge about the housing market, while also demonstrating great communication skills that has been broken down to simpler terms in hopes for better understanding and clarity. He has gone above and beyond in making sure that we were taken care of throughout the duration of our time when searching for the right home. He has also shown patience with us when it came to the final procedures before going unconditional. He has proven himself that he is capable of providing house marketing professionalism while also being down to earth and helping guide people through tough situations and challenges before making their final judgement. I would recommend using Kyle again.

Paula was fantastic to work with from the outset and made the entire experience seamless, effortless, and relaxed. She took the time to really listen to what we wanted and worked toward that vision, rather than trying to steer us in another direction. Paula is a strong communicator open, honest, and realistic, with a clear understanding of the situation, the market, and the wider environment. Her knowledge of the area and the market is excellent, and she explains things in a way that’s easy to understand and supports confident decision making. She is very approachable and always happy to talk or meet to discuss plans, next steps, or provide updates. One thing that really impressed us was her responsiveness, if a call wasn’t answered initially, we always received a prompt call back. We really enjoyed how the experience was made to feel like it was ours even though Paula was doing all the heavy lifting. Paula was always ready to share ideas, promote other ways of trying something in a very down-to-earth way. We would recommend Paula to anyone who just wants a great experience
