Paula was fantastic to work with from the outset and made the entire experience seamless, effortless, and relaxed. She took the time to really listen to what we wanted and worked toward that vision, rather than trying to steer us in another direction. Paula is a strong communicator open, honest, and realistic, with a clear understanding of the situation, the market, and the wider environment. Her knowledge of the area and the market is excellent, and she explains things in a way that’s easy to understand and supports confident decision making. She is very approachable and always happy to talk or meet to discuss plans, next steps, or provide updates. One thing that really impressed us was her responsiveness, if a call wasn’t answered initially, we always received a prompt call back. We really enjoyed how the experience was made to feel like it was ours even though Paula was doing all the heavy lifting. Paula was always ready to share ideas, promote other ways of trying something in a very down-to-earth way. We would recommend Paula to anyone who just wants a great experience
