Drina is very personable and warm to deal with. She engaged with me as soon as I was considering selling my property and provided me with guidance every step of the process given it was the first time I've sold a house. She was really good at keeping me up to date with what was happening and wasn't afraid to be honest with things that needed addressing at my property. Super helpful in understanding the process and keeping us informed on what was going on. Good at telling us how it is without beating around the bush. Always willing to go above and beyond to ensure things were easy for us whether it was working in viewing times for us or looking through multiple properties to find the right one. Taking the time to ensure we where happy without any pressure. Interacted with the whole family, such as talking to our young child on what was going on or holding the baby while completing paperwork/house viewings. Highly recommend and would definitely work with Drina again in the future.
