Alex like Marty is a pro, in todays market the end to end sale process in often taking months not weeks, with purchasers cooler in their pacing to complete a sale. Alex does what he says, which is a real asset in todays market, he’s smoothed the process and driven the entire process along. I can’t recommend Alex enough especially in a slower market, he’s a real asset.
