We hit the market just as it crashed. As a result it took 8 months to sell. During this period we had 2 contracts that were unable to sell their houses. Talitha did open homes every Sunday initially no one turning up. She tried all different advertising methods from social media, trade-me, real estate.com and also local papers and wellington papers.
