Selling a house is a stressful process until you meet Talitha who is an absolute breath of fresh air. She is friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, patient and very supportive. Talitha answered all our questions, put up with numerous phone calls with a friendly and helpful "don't worry I will sort it, leave it with me." Talitha was realistic with price and always kept us up to date with interest in our house and feed back that was passed on at the open homes. I would recommend Talitha to anyone wanting the best out of a property sale. Talitha was our agent but she is now our friend. I wish her all the best on what I see as being a very successful career, she is an asset to Harcourts.
