Our experience with Doug was fantastic from the outset. He was quick to reply to emails for information, requests to view the property, knowledgeable and was professional, but very approachable in his manner. Doug has a way of putting people at ease with a genuine authenticity, something that can only come from working on and knowing oneself over time. It was a pity that Doug was not the person in charge of the auction for the house that we were after! The gentleman who conducted the auction and consequent negotiations (with the house not reaching reserve) was unnecessarily brash, bordering on condescending at times and came across as fixed in his mindset. If it were not for Doug there, I think we would have walked out after the first 10 minutes. Feedback is a gift - perhaps the auctioneer could have learnt a thing or five from this man...

We were impressed with Kerry’s response to any requests we had. Our first viewing of the property was outside of any planned open homes and at very short notice (less than 2 hours) and she met us there ready to assist us in any way. Our next visits were during open homes where we found both Kerry and Talitha friendly and with positive responsive with any of our questions. Once we had purchased the house, Kerry was still attentive to our requirements and requests. This proved to be of great assistance as she managed to arrange another visit to house prior to the final inspection to allow visiting family to see our acquisition.
