Kerry was very helpful throughout the process. She delayed closing an open home so I could whip through and just double check the spaces. On auction day she came and checked in with us before the auction, then assisted with the negotiation with the vendor. Since then she has been helpful in organizing access to facilitate the transfer.

Kerry was amazing! From the first time we spoke, I felt like she understood me and my needs in what I was looking for in a house. This was never going to be an easy one with us in a mad rush to prepare for sale, market not helping, and vendors a bit difficult, he made us feel looked after, always checking on our progress, and was always there with a joke when things got hairy. Would recommend to anyone if you want an agent who gets things done.
