Rachel came highly recommended when it came time to sell our property in Papamoa. She knew the market very well and suggested that we go to auction. The property was tenanted but Rachel assured me that she had sold property with tenants before and that she would work with them to make this as easy as possible. Rachel was true to her word and got the tenant onside with no problems at all. I can’t recommend Rachel more highly as she was very professional, was always just a phone call away and the best part was the campaign went exactly as she had planned. She was open and clear throughout and we can’t be more pleased with the result getting far more for the property than we anticipated. We will be using Rachel again in the future and wish her the best.
