We used Belinda Cairns to sell our house in Papamoa during a very uncertain time just prior to Covid-19. We met with Belinda a couple of times before engaging her services. During these meetings she was very helpful in recommending the best way to sell and gave us a price range which we thought was within where we also saw the market. On our first meeting to sign documents Belinda was greeted with the entrance and laundry in renovation as first impressions count, right. Belinda took it all her stride when she saw us the following weekend now tackling the lounge and dining room. As we were not from the area the gentle question of, will you have this finished this weekend before you leave or should I extend the date for the open homes to commence? She worked extremely hard and 4 hours before lock down, the house was sold unconditionally and our price point was not compromised.
