Very Happy Seller

Kelly has been very awesome with the process of selling my house. There are lots of memories in the house I have been in for 27 years with my late husband. Oana was an excellent communicator who had a good grasp of the local market.

Oana saw us through the trauma of selling with dignity & great personal warmth. In our opinion, Oana was even better than a “consummate professional”, in that she first and foremost looked after our individual feelings in the complex process of selling. At our average age of 76 years, we had very different mindsets from when we were younger. Oana was always conscious of our worries and anxieties during the selling phases. She never left our meetings until she had checked with both of us separately that we understood the situation & were happy. We appreciated this care above all other aspects of the sale.
