Selling a home is a stressful, emotional, and challenging time, which can give rise to misunderstandings or unrealistic expectations on behalf of the vendors. Oana explained the process clearly, and helped us navigate a rapidly changing market environment. We also appreciated her persistence throughout the entire procedure. Extra time given to humanise this process, such as taking time to talk about topics outside of house sales was refreshing and my husband and I are thankful for that. It was also calming.
