My journey has been long and tedious because of circumstances. Many agents would have gone off the boil, however Kelly continually kept me honest with what my ideal property would be and certainly explored and communicated what was in the market. To me, it is so important that agents while contracted to the vendor, also developed close communication with purchasers. I have the utmost trust in how Kelly managed that equation. She certainly went out of her way to souce my ideal property not only from her own company but of other vendors. I am sure Kelly would be just as committed in selling properties as she was in finding the right purchaser for the vendor. She is really easy to deal with and always available for any communication. I have a strong sense that he is expert in her trade and knowledgeable in the market in Mount Maunganui and Papamoa.
