We had to empty, prepare and sell our parents house from a distance. Tim offered practical advice, helpful solutions and a one-stop shop. He instilled confidence from the first meeting and his communication was always timely and appropriate. He arranged the cleaning, gardening and staging of the house, in preparation for selling. The photos and video were great. We had absolutely peace, entrusting the entire process to Tim. We listed on Tuesday, received 3 offers the very next day, one of which we accepted! Everything was handled absolutely professionally. His market knowledge and experience made it a very stressless process. Would highly recommend Tim to others in a similar situation.

A few years ago when I first met Jeremy he had just sold a neighbours house.
