We went to the open home of 11 Tararua Terrace thinking we were cementing our choice of purchasing a rental property we were currently living in. We quickly realised how much we liked the Tararua Terrace house and that it could be the home for our family. Things moved fast and Arend was so accomodating in answering our many questions we had. The meeting to put our offer in with him was very casual and didn't add stress or pressure. He gave us great advice to ensure our offer was the best we could do and we are so thankful it was chosen by the owners. We actually dealt with another agent who had been helping us on our home buying journey previously. We did however meet Jeremy at the open home. He was far too distracted live-streaming the open home of his personal home to be of much use. That was the extent of our interaction but if I was the vendor I would have been quite annoyed to learn that there wasn’t a sense of focus on selling our home. Also the listing is still up on both trademe and real estate.co.nz. We went unconditional 4 days ago. To me that alludes to a lack of general house keeping from the listing agent. And theirs two of them!
